SHIPPING INFORMATION

We currently offer shipping to addresses within South Africa. If your delivery address is outside of these regions, please contact us at info@team.trulab.co.za to inquire about the possibility of shipping to your location.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the selected shipping method, the delivery destination, and the total order value. Shipping fees will be displayed during the checkout process before you confirm your order.

We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: R75,00 (2-3 working days).
  • Free Shipping: available on all order over R499,00 (2-3 working days).

DELIVERY INFORMATION

The delivery address provided during the order process must be accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Once your order is shipped, we will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery. However, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
